Q. What's your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
R. Our MOQ is 300pcs as usual. For small quantity order,we could accept 100-500pcs with stock colors or material.
Q. How do you assure the quality?
R. Attaching great importance to quality controlling,we check every step from raw material to the finished belts one by one to make sure belts in good quality.
Q. Can you accept customized logo?
R. Surely,custom logo can be made with silkscreen printing, Embossed Foil, Metal plate etc.
Q. What's your refund policy
R. Firstly, All our belts will be checked by our professional QC(with more than 2 years experience) before packing. Our sales also have double checked before shipment.
Secondly, if you find any item has quality problem, pls send us real photos in 5 working days since you receive it, we will give you satisfactory solution, such as give discount, offer a new belts ect.
